EliteDrive™ Labs warrants that the EliteGrip™ hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:
- Failure of the vacuum-seal suction mechanism.
- Loss of magnetic integrity in the N55 Neodymium array.
- Structural failure of the aerospace alloy chassis.
30-Day Change of Mind
If you are not 100% satisfied with the stability of your mount, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging and in "as new" condition to qualify for a standard return. For more details, see our Returns & Refunds page.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper installation on unsupported surfaces (such as open-pore leather), modifications, or general aesthetic wear and tear (scratches/scuffs) incurred during normal use.
