At EliteDrive™ Labs, we engineer our products for performance and stability. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If the EliteGrip™ doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your order under our 30-day global satisfaction guarantee.

1. Return Guarantee

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery without providing a reason. We ensure a streamlined process for our global customers.

2. Global Return Process

To ensure the fastest processing, we operate regional return hubs. Please do not send your item back before contacting us, as we will direct your package to the nearest authorized facility:

Step 1: Email our support team.
Step 2: Provide your order number (#xxxx).
Step 3: Receive instructions for your nearest regional return hub.

Note: Please include your order number inside the package so our warehouse can immediately identify your return and process your refund.

3. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a full refund, please ensure the following:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • All included components (magnetic rings, mounting hardware, cables) must be present.
  • Items must not show signs of physical damage caused by improper installation.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our distribution hub, we will notify you regarding your refund status:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 - 7 business days after receipt.
  • Funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for packages lost in transit during the return process.
