Does it work with my Wi-Fi?
It connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, which almost every home router provides. 5 GHz-only networks are not supported.
Do I need a memory card?
Live view works without one. To record onto the camera, add a microSD card (not included).
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and shipping is free and tracked. Delivery to the US takes about 7–10 business days.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can return it within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Email support first and we will send return instructions. Full details are in our refund policy.
